All prices are shown with or without 25.5% VAT. VAT is not charged for deliveries to countries outside the EU or to customers with a valid VAT number.

Shipping

We offer worldwide tracked shipping. Shipping carriers vary depending on destination and best available rate.

Free shipping thresholds:

  • Finland & Åland: Free shipping on orders over €150

  • Sweden: Free shipping on orders over €200

  • Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over €400
     

  • Returns & Exchanges
    Return Policy

  • You have 14 days to return regular items after receiving your order, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
    You must notify us within these 14 days.

  • Custom-made products (e.g. special design or sizing) cannot be returned or refunded.

  • To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, clean, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging

  • No dust, fur, hair, or dirt – try the product carefully (especially horse hoods)

  • Decorations like crystals and chains are fragile and not covered under complaints

  • Include the completed return form with the package

  • Use tracked shipping and pack the item carefully

  • Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping cost is non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return

  • If returned item doesn't meet return conditions, it will be sent back with a €15 / 150 SEK admin fee

  • Unclaimed packages: €35 / 350 SEK fee applies

  • Second-hand products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
